Rental Application

Each person 18 years of age needs to submit his/her own application.  Applicants are reviewed on the same criteria, one person or family at a time, on a first application in, first application out process.  The standard move-in funds are outlined below. Some exceptions and/or restrictions apply.

• Application Fee:                        $35/Adult
• Security Deposit:                      One Month’s Rent Unless Otherwise Specified (Refundable)
• Cleaning Deposit:                      $150 (Refundable)
• Pet Deposit:                              Upon Approval Of Owner (Refundable)
• Lease Administration Fee:         $150 Due Upon Lease Signing (Non-Refundable)
  

Along with your application, Phoenix Real Estate Services will require verification of income (2 current paystubs) or a letter from your employer, a photocopy of identification for each person over 18, and we will also call your past or present landlord for a residential verification.
